Our Physicians specialize in Otolaryngology. They are all licensed and Board Certified in this field. We offer the following services:

Pediatric and Adult Otolaryngology Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Image Guided Sinus Surgery Somnoplasty for Snoring Head and Neck Surgery Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery In-Office Facial and Sinus X-Ray Nasal Allergy Testing and Treatment Hearing and Dizziness Evaluations Hearing Aids

We provide routine care for a variety of Otolaryngology problems which include treatment of the ears, nose, sinuses, throat, oral cavity, neck and salivary glands. Some in-office procedures are available to correct these problems along with numerous types of surgery for the above as well as tumors, growths, cancers, nasal corrective surgery and sinus surgery. Intradermal skin testing is conducted to diagnose inhalant and pollen allergies; we offer treatment for those allergies by means of injections and anti-allergens.

Our services are available to our patients at two locations noted on the map. We participate in most community insurance plans.

Should you have a need to go the hospital, you may express a preference for any one of the following facilities. However, in some cases, the insurance carrier will designate which hospital. Given a choice, please let us know which one is best for you:

· As a courtesy to other patients, please call to let us know if you will be unable to keep your appointment so we can give that time to someone else. It is important to check in at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may complete the forms needed to assist in providing you with efficient and thorough treatment regarding your health care. Please answer all questions completely. We also ask that you bring a list of all medications you are currently taking.

· Please be prepared to make the appropriate payment or co-payment.

· Be aware of your insurance carrier and bring all necessary insurance identification with you. Please bring positive identification with you. (ex.) Driver's Licence, State ID card, etc...

· If you are a new patient to see Dr.Wright, Dr. Franklin, or Dr. Ruleman, please download and fill out our patient information packet before you arrive for your appointment.

REFERRALS

If your insurance requires a referral, Please have it faxed to (901) 763-4332 by your primary care physician.

EMERGENCY

In the event of a medical emergency requiring immediate attention, please go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Tell the staff that you are a patient of the Ear Nose & Throat Group, Inc., and inform them of your physician's name.

ABOUT PRESCRIPTIONS

We do not prescribe new medication over the phone. If you remain under our active care, some long-term medication will be handled over the phone during regular office hours. When you call our office, please have your prescription available and your pharmacist's phone number ready to give to our staff. This allows us to handle your call more quickly and avoids waiting. No routine prescriptions will be filled at night or on weekends. Prescriptions for pain medications or controlled drugs cannot be prescribed over the phone. We thank you for your consideration in this matter.

ABOUT FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

You as the patient are ultimately responsible for all charges. If we file your insurance for you, you will be responsible for the copay and/or deductible amount required by your insurance carrier. Your insurance will then pay us the remainder of your bill directly. Should this policy create a hardship for you, please tell our staff at the time of your visit so alternative arrangements can be made.

MEET OUR STAFF

Since we have multiple physicians in our practice, you may see one who is not your regular doctor. So you can get to know us a little better, we would like to introduce ourselves to you. The Ear Nose & Throat Group, Inc., is made of doctors, audiologists, assistants, administrators and a group of dedicated support personnel who provide a variety of health-related clerical and administrative services to you.

This group was co-founded in 1967 by Dr. Leonard D. Wright, Jr. and Dr. Edgar R. Franklin. In 1978, Dr. C. Allan Ruleman, Jr. joined the practice. These three physicians are Fellows of The American College of Surgeons, Dr. Rick Chandra joined the group in 2006; all four are board certified. All doctors belong to other professional organizations including The American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery.

Our two clinic locations is shown on the map page. We can offer care if you require hospitalization at the three major hospital systems in the city. In the event one of our physicians is not available, you may contact the physician's assistant, or our administrator. We will do our very best to accommodate you.
